Upon the occurrence of the event qualifying you for insurance coverage, notify immediately AIG, JSC by calling in:

or sending an email notification to: claims@aig.ru and request the list of documents required for making decision on paying the insurance indemnity
The Policyholder, Insured Person or Beneficiary should, at their own expense, submit all the documents proving the occurrence of the insured event:
In the event of bodily injury caused by an accident:
Request (the request form is enclosed) specifying their banking details and their personal account number (the account must be denominated in rubles)
Copy of the insurance certificate
Copy of the passport (the first page and the page with page of residence)
Documents proving the occurrence of the insured event
Medical records or the physician’s statement
Copy of the medical certificate of temporary working incapacity
All the medical records and statements must be on letterheads of the health care outpatient or inpatient facility (or have the stamp affixed), certified by the authorized medical officer (the full name and position must be specified) and sealed.
All the medical records and statements must be submitted either as original documents or as copies certified by the authorized medical officer.
The copy of the medical certificate of temporary working incapacity (if applicable) must be certified by the authorized officer of the Human Resources department.
In the event of death caused by an accident:
Request (the request form is enclosed)
Death certificate (a notarized copy)
Medical certificate of death/death statement/cause-of-death statement/autopsy protocol (the original counterpart or its copy certified by the medical facility)
Order on institution of criminal proceedings or rejection of criminal proceedings (a copy certified by the competent authorities of the Ministry of the Interior)
If the insured was in the driving seat, the forensic report (from the criminal case records)
Certificate of inheritance issued by the public notary/Beneficiary certificate/testament
Copy of the Beneficiary’s passport
In the event of death caused by a disease:
Request (the request form is enclosed)
Death certificate (a notarized copy)
Medical certificate of death/death statement/cause-of-death statement/autopsy protocol (the original counterpart or its copy certified by the medical facility)
Death summary/out-patient medical record – a copy certified by the medical facility
Copy of the Beneficiary’s passport
In the event of death/disability of the Loan Borrower or Credit Card Holder:
Request (the request form is enclosed)
Death certificate (a notarized copy)/medical statement of the disability category and the Rehabilitation Plan
Medical certificate of death/death statement/cause-of-death statement/autopsy protocol (the original counterpart or its copy certified by the medical facility)
Death summary/out-patient medical record – a copy certified by the medical facility
Copy of the Loan Agreement and the Insurance Contract

The insurer has the right to request other documents to the extent they may be required for taking decision on indemnity insurance payment.
