Provisions on the Procedure for Making Decisions on Claims Made by Clients of AIG, CJSC  

1. The claim can be submitted verbally – by calling AIG, CJSC

2. The claim can be made in writing  

The claim must be submitted in writing (or via electronic transmission) to the Client Relationship Manager; the claim must be signed by the client and must include his/her full name, the policy number and the subject-matter of the claim.

3. Application to the insurance authority  

The claim can be submitted to the insurance authority – the Central Bank of Russia.
